As a long-term Workpuls user, you’re eligible to upgrade to the new Workpuls at no additional cost to what you pay now. And you’ll keep this special pricing for the lifetime of your membership.

All existing Workpuls customers must upgrade by December 31, 2020. After this date, access to the old platform will be removed.


Note: Customers who are currently using ‘manual time entries’ won’t be able to upgrade just yet. If this is you, you will be able to upgrade as of November 30. We’ll send another reminder.

3. Uninstall old Workpuls

Please follow the steps in this guide to uninstall the old Workpuls agents on employee devices:

4. Install New Agents / Re-Invite your Team

The new Workpuls now allows you to choose to add employees on both Company and Personal devices.


You can also add as many account administrators and managers as you would like.
