In case your Employees perform work activities that are not computer-based, you can permit them to submit Manual Time Entries into Workpuls. Permissions for employees can be set up in Settings >> Tracking Settings (as Admin) or in an Employee’s individual Settings (as Admin or Manager).

For now, Employees are the only ones that can add time manually into Workpuls, but we're working on making it possible for Admins to enter time manually for Employees in the future releases.

Currently, Employees are able to enter time manually from their Dashboard, but in the future, it will be possible to do it from the widget as well.

As an Admin, you will have permission to review all Manual time entries (approve/reject) and to grant the same permission to Managers for time entries of Employees within their scope. This permission can be granted to Managers on an individual basis in Settings >> User Management >> Managers.
