In order to ensure maximal functionality of the Insightful application, please make sure that your browser of choice is set as a default on your OS, since pages opened through Insightful installed on employees' computers will use the default browser. To do this, follow the steps below:
Windows OS
Select the Start button, and then type Default apps,
In the search results, select Default apps,
Under Web browser, select the browser currently listed, and then select browser that will be a default one,
MacOS
On your Mac, choose Apple menu → System Preferences, then click General.
Click the Default web browser pop-up menu and choose the desired browser.
