If you don't already use any of the above-mentioned mobile apps, to get you started - click on any of the links or search for any of the listed apps on your Google Play or App Store, download and install the app and run it.
For first-time users
As a first-time user you would have to:
either create a user account within the Authenticator app first
This would require leaving your mobile number and email address first and then verifying with a code they would send you (with Authy for example) next,
or log in with an existing account (e.g. with Microsoft or Google accounts for their Authenticator apps) and starting the process of Insightful 2FA activation by scanning the QR code or entering a 24-digit code received in Insightful settings.
